For the second day in a row Listry got off to a poor start and fell behind 0-5 to no score after 12 minutes however they came more into the game and with a bit of look in front of goal could have been in front at half time but a great save by Sean O Ciardubhain in the Cordal goal helped Cordal to a 0-6 to 0-4 half time lead. The second half was a closer affair with each team finding scores hard to come by. Cordal still held a two point lead going into the last few minutes when David Nolan secured 2 points for Listry to bring the game to a draw 0-8 each.
