Listry v Cordal U-12
On Sunday 21st April Listry U-12s played Cordal in Currow. Played on a
very small pitch and on a very muddy, sticky field. The conditions didn’t
suit our great team but, they knuckled down to the task and every player
got stuck in. Listry led at the break 3-3 to Cordal 1-3.As in all our
games this year we went on to score more in the second half, scoring 4-3
to Cordal 4-2,leaving a final score Listry 7-6 to Cordal 5-5.A great
team performance and a display every player can be proud of. Listry

Joseph Courtney, Killian Broderick, Aaron O’Shea, Micheal Keane and Daire
Murphy. Thank you to Jeremy Wrenn, Mike Dwyer and Keith O’Donnell for
coaching the team. Thank you to Jack Walsh for assisting the coaches and
encouraging the team. Thank you to John Courtney for reffing the game
and always explaining to the kids what a free was for and thank you as
always for the great support from the great parents from Listry.

Listry were missing some great players,Jack O’Leary, AileenO’Leary,
James O’Dowd, Aaron O’Donoghue, Talula Courtney and let’s hope we can
have a full panel next week when we play Kilgarvan at home.
