Well done to the Listry U-8 boys who played in the Fossa blitz on
Sun.2nd Oct.2011.The boys played 3 games and won 2.
The first game was against Rathmore and with some fantastic
defending and some great score taking Listry won.Next was Spa and
again
playing great football our boys were celebrating another great win.
Listry were getting tired when we played Kilcummin in the third game
and even though we were behind on the scoreboard our heroes kept
fighting to the end.
This was a great display by Listry U-8’s as we only had 9
players and each team we played had at least 20 players.
Thank you to all the U-8 boys for wearing the green and white
and bringing pride to the parish.Thank you to all the parents and
grandparents for the great support and thank you to Fossa GAA for a
